2. Information We Collect

- Contact & Application Forms: When you submit an inquiry or application, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any details you provide in the form.
- Usage Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our site — including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally.
- Cookies: Our site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and track sessions. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

We periodically share links to our blog posts on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. This sharing is done by our team and does not involve collecting or transmitting any visitor data to those platforms. When you visit our Facebook or LinkedIn pages directly, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of the program cohort and deleted within 12 months of the program's conclusion unless ongoing communication requires otherwise. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings (14 months by default).
